The LUKOIL-Perm fields are in the Perm Krai in the northern part of the Volga Urals basin. LUKOIL-Perm is the third largest subsidiary of LUKOIL. LUKOIL-Perm's production has been increasing since the early 2000s at an average rate of 4% annually.
